Return Policy

At the moment we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance products. We are unable to refund orders once they have shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, please contact us at concierge@frassai.com. Credit card processing and restocking fees are non refundable.
